Two ships, a tanker and a containership, collided on September 28 along the Malacca Strait, reporting serious damages.
ore specifically, the Zephyr 1 Aframax tanker rammed into the rear of the 7,455 teu GSL Grania boxship, collided between Malaysia and Singapore.
According to information, both ships are now set to require extensive repairs.
After the incident, Malaysia deployed local teams to the area who reported there no oil spill and no injuries.
As for the tanker, it is believed to have lost power and rammed into the starboard side of the containership.
