Indonesia has set its goals on exporting the overall amount of 185 cargoes of liquefied natural gas from its Tangguh and Bontang LNG export projects during the year 2019. The aim is lower than the 2018’s record of 203 cargoes, as reported by Reuters.
Specifically, Parulian Sihotang the chief financial office at the country’s upstream oil and gas regulator SKK Migas quoted on Reuters that the overall amount of cargoes that will be produced and exported from Indonesia has been aesthetically decreased in comparison to 2018.

Also, Bontang LNG facility is ran by Badak LNG, a company formed by Pertamina, VICO, Japan Indonesia LNG and Total, is set to export 93 cargoes of the chilled fuel. This is 25 cargoes less than in 2018.
The BP-operated facility is planned to produce a total 210 cargoes, equal to 2018’s overall. Yet, the number of cargoes to be exported has been increased from 85 in 2018 to 92 cargoes of the chilled fuel in 2019.
Finally, Sihotang noted that 9 cargoes from Botang LNG facility and 7 from the Tangguh LNG plant remain uncommitted for 2019.
