Staffed by environmental, legal and technical specialists, Spill Center has provided 24/7 support to clients in the transportation, chemical and insurance industries for more than 20 years, noted Mr. Moses. Resources include advanced communication technology and up-to-date listings of local, federal and international regulations, as well as spill reporting contacts and deadlines.
Spill Center maintains a database of cleanup contractors in countries worldwide, from which spill generators can select. The company can also provide global communications and other services as required, explained Mr. Moses, a former U.S. EPA toxicologist who holds a Juris Doctorate degree and a certificate in Hazardous Materials Control and Emergency Response.
