The Russian State Agency Rosmorport (RMP) has announced an increase of port dues at Russian ports with effect from 1 January 2022.
From January 1, 2022, within the powers granted to FSUE “Rosmorport” by the order of the FAS of Russia No. 1588/19 of December 3, 2019, the rates of transport security of the seaport water area in the seaports of Russia are set at an average of 6.3 % higher than the current rates.
Also, from January 1, 2022, within the Russian Government Decree No. 1923 of December 27, 2019, as well as the FAS of Russia orders No. 781/17 of June 13, 2017, No. 1670/18 of November 30, 2018, the cost of unregulated activities rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports of Russia for services of providing pilotage of vessels and ecological safety in seaports changes by 8.9 % and 11.3 %, respectively.
The cost of the enterprise services in 2022, considering the 6.5 % indexation of regulated activities by the FAS of Russia, will change by an average of 7 %. The consolidated fee of FSUE “Rosmorport” for 2021-2022 will increase by 8.6 % and will not exceed the two-year consumer price index, which is projected at about 12 %.
