LEGO officially launched a new product inspired by shipping. This is not the first time for the company, as there are already many fascinating LEGO models in the market set with ship theme.
Maersk Line, the world’s leading ocean transportation company and a unit of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, announces today the formation of a regional, containerized shipping company – SeaLand – dedicated to the intra-Americas market.
Every day, containers are loaded to or discharged from Maersk Line vessels. Because these ships need to depart from one port and arrive at another at a specific time, careful planning is required when arranging containers on a vessel – what we call “stowing”.
