Daniel Gent

Daniel Gent is Energy & Sustainability Manager for United European Car Carriers. He began his career at sea with Maersk as a cadet and moved into the bunker industry, working variously as a broker, trader and physical supplier of marine fuels with World Fuel Services. Within UECC, he is responsible for the energy demands of the fleet and for furthering the groups sustainability initiatives. A passionate advocate for sustainable living, he lives with his family on their farm in the English countryside.
