A.P. Moller – Maersk along with the pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk, shake hands and signed an agreement in order to transport pharmaceuticals using sustainable biofuel.
In fact, under their three-year agreement, partners goal to reduce the carbon footprint in transportation.
Specifically, the initiative will use sustainable biofuel to power selected Maersk-vessels, while enhance Novo Nordisk to make progress towards its ambitious sustainability goals.

As the companies informed, their global agreement will enter effect as of 1st April 2021.
