In this series of International Group of P&I Clubs safety animation video focused on enclosed space entry, the club highlights the importance of recognizing unsafe situations.
To remind, earlier this month, the IG Clubs released a video in an effort to mitigate the risk of further unnecessary deaths during enclosed space entry operations.
According to the video:
Everyone is responsible for safety. It is essential that a culture exists where everyone onboard feels able to speak up and stop the job if they think something is unsafe. In fact, speaking up could save a life.
