In this series of International Group of P&I Clubs safety animation video on enclosed space entry, the club focuses on the importance of regular and realistic rescue drills during such operations.
To remind, earlier this month the IG Clubs released a video in an effort to mitigate the risk of further unnecessary deaths during enclosed space entry operations.
According to the video, despite your training, it is difficult to predict how you might respond in an emergency. Therefore, regular and realistic rescue drills will help you react safely.
Nobody knows how they will respond to an emergency. It’s vital to rely on the training you have received; don’t die by neglecting your own safety.
