A vehicle burst into flames inside a shipping container at PortMiami on 29 November, causing an explosion.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to reports of a fire at a cargo yard in the area, where they discovered a vehicle burning inside a shipping container. Firefighters quickly began battling the blaze and were able to extinguish the flames.
The incident reportedly triggered a loud explosion, with nearby residents telling CBS News Miami that they felt their apartments “shake” when it happened.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
