As Lloyd's Register informs, the Liberian Maritime Authority has revised its Marine Notice NAV-001, which includes new requirements for ships that use Electronic Nautical Publications (ENPs) and the Nautical Charts and Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS).
