Imtrade trading company offers IMO 2020 compliant fuel in the Russian far east from the early days on May. Specifically, the company sales 0.5% sulphur bunker fuel with 80cst viscosity on a delivered basis at the ports of Vladivostok, Nakhodka, Vostochnyi, Kozmino, Posyet, Zarubino.
Imtrade is offering the fuel at around $550/mt, a premium of about $150 over HSFO.
