#4 Employee helpline
Stress and doubt are at the top of everyone’s ‘’feelings agenda,” given the rapid spread of the news about COVID-19 and surrounding uncertainty. Always keep in mind that employers need to feel secure; Therefore, providing an employee helpline to assist staff with advice is a good idea to help them maintain a mental wellbeing.
#5 No handshake policy
As according to WHO the coronavirus can be spread through contact, it is of great importance to implement a ‘no handshake policy’ to ensure that there is no physical touch between employees or visitors.

Cleaning and disinfecting procedures are crucial steps to mitigate the spread of the virus. Consequently, keep in mind to frequently clean surfaces such as doors, phones, desks and devices.
According to CDC, disinfecting works by using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces. This process does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs. But killing germs remaining on a surface after cleaning further reduces any risk of spreading infection.

Provide COVID-19 prevention supplies at your organization, such as soap, hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, sanitized tissues, trash baskets, and a couple of disposable facemasks, just in case someone becomes sick during an event.
