A collision occurred on the bank of the Corinth Canal on Wednesday evening involving a cargo ship registered under the Greek flag.
In a recent statement released by the Hellenic Coast Guard, it has been revealed that a total of ten crew members were onboard the vessel. The ship collided with the right side of the bow on the right of the walls of the Corinth Canal. Subsequently, it remained anchored in the maritime region of Kalamaki Corinthia.
The local Port Authority has taken charge of the preliminary investigation regarding the ship.
