According to the analysis:

  • Dry bulk shipping has recently seen an improved market, but this is not the deal for iron ore, as imports slip and the fleet grows faster.
  • Oil tanker shipping is extremely bad market right now and as the fleet is growing faster than demand, the crisis is prolonging.
  • Container shipping is also a little bit 'disappointing' as demand is not growing and it is obviously very difficult to hold down fleet growth to improve the market.
