Surveying crews deemed the port safe for transit
The U.S. Coast Guard Captain (USCG) of the Port reopened Port Allen in Kauai on October 20, Monday morning, after surveying crews deemed it safe for transit.Port Allen in Kauai was remaining closed the last days due to the severe weather of Tropical Storm Ana.
The maritime public is advised to be vigilant when entering ports and harbors and to cooperate with the direction of the USCG and local harbor masters.
