According to UKMTO, on 26th August 2024, suspicious activity involving an unmanned vessel has been observed in the Gulf of Aden.
In particular, UKMTO has received a report of an incident 61NM southeast of Al Mukha, Yemen.
The Master reports sighting an Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) at 1NM in position 1227N 04343E, speed 8KTS. The Master also reports 2 other small boats,
approximately 2NM north of the USV.

As informed, authorities are investigating. Vessels are advised to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity to UKMTO.
