The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has issued a summary of the proposed amendments on fuel oil consumption Data Collection System (DCS) during ISWG-GHG 14. 

The Hong Kong Marine Department published a notice advising operators on the amendment to the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Air Pollution) Regulation for incorporating the latest requirements of MARPOL Annex VI. The Amendment Regulation will come into force on 31 May 2019.
