It is known that misdeclaration of hazardous cargo is a common seen phenomenon which can cause loss of life and severe damages. In light of the situation, ZIMGuard system goals to scan shipper's cargo declarations at an early stage and flags potential cases of wrongly declared cargo. Since launching ZIMGuard, we were alerted to dozens of cases of mis-declared cargo.
