In addition, with the provision of a global view of real-time and historical marine traffic, ORBCOMM and Maerospace aspire to help Canada fulfill its national security mission.
Currently, ORBCOMM’s AIS service processes more than 30 million messages from over 200,000 unique vessels per day. This is achieved by a combination of satellite and terrestrial AIS data for marquee government and commercial customers globally.
