A collision took place on the Parana River in Argentina’s Rosario, as a ship collided with a dock in General San Martin port, on 25 of April. As a result of the incident, the activity at terminal 6 of the port was reduced.
As Reuters reports, the ship was the ‘Ocean Treasure’, which at the was preparing to load up to 24,000 tons of corn and 27,000 tons of soymeal.

Guillermo Wade, manager of Argentina’s Chamber of Port and Maritime Activity, informed that the north dock of terminal 6 has sustained serious damage, while one operator who was in the area at the time of the accident, suffered a minor blow, which is not serious,.
Moreover, the south pier of terminal 6 is operating, but it experiences problems on barge docks, Mr. Wade was cited as saying by Reuters.
