Bunker sales in the Port of Singapore increased by 10.2%, says an infographic about October’s 2020 port performance, paying attention to key port indicators as the vessels that arrive, the container and cargo throughput, as well as bunker sales.
Driven by the adverse effects of an overall pandemic surge recently, three out of five port indicators were down.
Specifically, vessel arrivals in GT were down by 2.6% on year-to-year growth, as were also vessel arrivals in numbers (down by 37.6%).
While the container throughput (TEUs) revealed a short increase of 0.1%, the overall cargo throughput was down by 5.1%.
