Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore informed that crew with recent travel history to India within the last 14 days, are not allowed to entry the country.
The above decision came following Singapore health ministry’s announcement to ban long-term visa holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history to India, as it is battling with a second wave of COVID-19.

In fact, the Ministry of Health announced that from 23 April 2021, all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history (including transit) to India within the last 14 days will not be allowed entry into Singapore, or transit through Singapore.
In line with the above, please be informed that the following crew change will not be allowed in the Port of Singapore:
- Crew with recent travel history to India within the last 14 days preceding arrival to Singapore. This includes sign-on crew travelling to Singapore by flight as well as sign-off crew from vessels that have called at India.
- Sign-on crew transiting India on their connecting flights to Singapore.
