Gulf Spill Restoration Planning
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a notice stating that it will host scoping meetings to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) to commence restoration planning for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
