Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA Singapore) announced that it temporarily suspended Southernpec (Singapore) PTE LTD’S bunker craft operator license. As long as the suspension is valid, Southernpec will not be allowed to operate as a bunker craft operator in the Port of Singapore.
Explaining the decision, MPA Singapore said that it came from an enforcement check on a bunker tanker operated by Southernpec (Singapore).
