According to International news, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have seized a vessel loaded with smuggled fuel in the Gulf and arrested four crew members.
In particular, over 50,000 litres of smuggled fuel were found on the vessel.
However, neither the origin of the vessel nor the operation’s date was disclosed.
Ghahramani said the fuel would be redirected to the nation’s legal distribution network.
As informed, the US military,in recent weeks, has beefed up its presence in the Gulf after it accused Iran of attempting to seize and harass vessels in the key waterway.
