The same Nantes-based company has developed the 121-meter freighter ‘Canopée’, in partnership with Jifmar Offshore Service and VPLP design. The vessel will be dedicated to transporting the future Ariane 6 rockets from the European continent to Guyana.
Scheduled for launch in 2022, the vessel will be built and operated by Alizés, a joint venture with its partner Jifmar Offshore Service.
