A collision took place between the ferries Bencomo Express and Volcan De Taburiente, at Los Cristianos port entrance, off Canary Islands, on February 24. Both ships suffered damages, but resumed their services later.
As shown in the video, at the day of the accident there was stormy weather with strong winds, as well as high waves.
This weather contributed to accident, sources report.
After the collision, the ships resumed their services, when the weather improved.
