On 26 April, the general cargo vessel “ALICA” capsized at Ho Chi Minh port, Nha Be, while about to set sail for Indonesia.
In fact, the ship rested on the bottom portside, with most of her hull and superstructure remaining above the waterline.

For the records, of the 54 containers on board, 18 slipped into water, some floating in the area, and some taken away by river stream.
As explained, the incident came following a stability problem, caused by ballasting and cargo disposition.
