Four incidents of armed robbery against ships (two CAT 2 and two CAT 4) in Asia were reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 9th - 16th April 2024.

The ReCAAP Information Sharing Centre (ISC), together with co-organisers the Asian Shipowners Association (ASA), INTERTANKO and the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), conducted the annual Anti-Piracy and Sea Robbery Conference 2024 in conjunction with Singapore Maritime Week.

Three incidents of armed robbery against ships (one CAT 2, one CAT 4 and one attempted) in Asia were reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 2nd - 8th April 2024.

Three incidents of armed robbery against ships (one CAT 3 and two CAT 4) in Asia were reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 26th March - 1st April 2024.

No incident of piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia was reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 19 – 25 March 2024. 

Two incidents of armed robbery against ships (one CAT 3 and one CAT 4) in Asia were reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 12th – 18th March 2024.

One incident of armed robbery against ships (CAT 3) in Asia was reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 5th - 11th March 2024.

Two incidents of armed robbery against ships (one CAT 3 and one CAT 4) in Asia were reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 27th February - 4th March 2024.

Two incidents of armed robbery against ships (one CAT 2 incident and one CAT 3 incident) in Asia were reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 20th - 26th February 2024.

No incident of piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia was reported to ReCAAP ISC, between 13th – 19th February 2024.
