According to International news, a fire broke out onboard the Turkish-owned capesize bulk carrier Beks Force some in the Sea of Japan, on Friday morning.

On 23th May, a fire broke out aboard a Canadian-registered bulk carrier transiting on Lake Erie near Pelee Island, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
