SeaBird Exploration informed that it signed a contract to acquire a 2D seismic survey regarding an unnamed, international oil and gas company in Africa. The survey will begin near the end of September, and is expected to last about three weeks.
SeaBird will be using the Nordic Explorer vessel for the work. It added that the survey in this area fits well with the last reported 10,000 km 2D contract in Australasia.

What is more, earlier in September, SeaBird was granted a contract to enhance 2D seismic data in the Australasia region, using the Nordic Explorer vessel as well.
This survey will begin on the fourth quarter of 2019, and is expected to last for about three to four months plus mobilization.
