A passenger vessel ran aground at the Jagna Port in Bohol, on October 28, when strong winds and waves dragged it.
According to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), no injuries were reported among the 23 members of the crew of MV Lite Ferry 1.
The vessel was manoeuvring close to the port to anchor when strong and reckless waves slowly dragged it.
