Because of the expansion of regulation scope requiring ships to use less than 0.5% sulphur fuel in the China ECA designated areas, Ocean Network Express (ONE) informed that it will implement a further expansion on Low Sulphur Fuel surcharge (LSF).
Specifically, due to the regulation and changed circumstances, ONE will implement the following Low Sulphur Fuel surcharge (LSF) for import cargo to all China/Hong Kong/Macau as well as export.

The company had also announced a LSF surcharge for China export cargoes shipping through Shanghai & Ningbo & Nanjing as from January 1, 2019. Last month, it expanded the surcharge in Taiwan and China, which applies from January 1 and January 15.
