From 10 to 18 April 2018, Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority carried out an audit of COSL Drilling Europe (CDE) and the company’s follow-up of electrical facilities, technical safety and drilling-related systems on COSLInnovator. The audit found non-conformities for a number of issues.
The objective of the audit was to follow up the company’s own follow-up of operations, as well as follow-up of maintenance activities for monitoring of the performance and technical condition of electrical facilities, technical safety and drilling-related systems.
