Achieving the vision of a maritime industry free of corruption
Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, (“K” Line) announced that it has become a member of the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN).
MACN is a global business network dedicated to achieving the vision of a maritime industry free of corruption, one that enables fair trade to the benefit of society at large.
In pursuit of this vision, MACN collaborates with key stakeholders, including governments, authorities and international organizations, especially in markets where the potential for corruption is prevalent, in order to identify and mitigate the root causes of corruption in the maritime industry. BSR, a global sustainability network and consultancy is the secretariat of MACN.
