The World Economic Forum released a video recommending five ways to decelerate global warming over the next ten years. WEF notes that, if these practices are adopted, the world can keep global warming to 1,5 C.
The suggested measures include coal use reduction, replacing the ordinary vehicles with electric ones, introducing green buildings, applying low-carbon technology in agriculture and eliminating deforestation.
In particular, WEF informs that some countries have already started to align with these practices, such as UK, which plans to be coal-free by 2025, and China, which announced that is going to introduce quotas for electric cars.
