The Italian new-built chemical tanker ALICUDI M breaks free from her moorings at the shipyard in Tongyeong, South Korea during the landfall of typhoon ‘Maemi’.
She strands in extremely shallow water on the city’s dock wall. SVITZER Salvage and Japanese partner Fukuda obtain a LOF assisted by KMPRC.
