Mikko Kuosa

Mikko Kuosa is the CEO of NAPA, a Finland-headquartered maritime software and data services provider, operating at the intersection of ship design and operations for a safer, smarter and more sustainable maritime industry. Mikko joined NAPA in 1999, after completing a master’s degree in Naval Architecture at the Helsinki University of Technology, Finland. Mikko held various leadership positions at NAPA, including Vice President for Technology and Executive Vice President for NAPA Design Solutions, before being appointed as the company’s CEO in 2020.
