21crew members have been rescued.
Two crew members die after their vessel sank when it collided with another vessel off waters in Sarangani province Tuesday night.
The MV Bulk Carrier 1 and MV HS Puccini collided in the vicinity of Barangay Lumatil in Maasim town around 8 p.m.
The chief engineer and another one was reported dead as they were trapped inside the engine room when the Bulk Carrier sank.
Rescuers have not yet recovered the bodies of the fatalities.
Twenty one crew members have been rescued. Six of them were injured.
Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
