Wison Offshore & Marine announced that it has inked a strategic cooperation agreement with containment specialist GTT, for the cooperation of the two companies in various LNG projects.
According to this agreement the two companies will to cooperate in LNG projects, such as LNG Carrier, LNG FSRU, FLNG or other LNG floating unit with GTT membrane tanks.
The partnership of the two companies will develop Wison’s ability to design and build facilities which will utilize GTT technology, Mr. Wison said in its statement.
Mr. Ying CUI, CEO of Wison Offshore & Marine stated that the partnership of the two companies in LNG projects will boost the LNG industry and enhance its market potential.
Philippe Berterottière, Chairman and CEO of GTT, noted: “We are pleased to be able to strengthen our partnership with Wison, a key player in the offshore LNG market. We will be able to offer together innovative and cost effective solutions in this area as well as other markets such as LNG as a fuel, bunkering and small scale shipping.”
