Celebrity Cruises published a video to promote gender equality and inform about its actions to achieve this goal. At the company, more than 22% of the bridge team are women, with this number increasing to 30% to its newest ship, Celebrity Edge.
As Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises, informed, the firm has gone from 3% of women on the bridge in 2015, to 22% fleet-wide in 2019.

As for the company’s latest ship, Celebrity Edge, it launched with 30% women crew, which is over 50%t higher than any other ship in its fleet or the industry.
