Following the COVID-19 pandemic, another two cruise ships have been quarantined in Latin America amid coronavirus fears. In fact, both vessels are docked and their passengers are being self-isolated.
According to Royal Caribbean Cruises, one passenger onboard its Silver Shadow cruise ship, tested positive to the coronavirus.
Two guests aboard the Silver Shadow have been medically disembarked in Recife, Brazil, and one has tested positive for COVID-19.

In light of the situation, Silver Shadow is docked at the port of Recife in Brazil, with its 609 passengers under quarantine.
At the same time, the cruise vessel Silver Explorer was also forced to dock in Castro, Chile as one of its guests was found positive for coronavirus.
Royal Caribbean which owns the cruise ship, confirmed the case and announced that the infected passenger has been medically disembarked in Castro.
According to Chilean officials, Silver Explorer has 111 guests and 120 crewmembers onboard.
For the records, five people onboard Braemar tested positive to the disease during docking in Willemstad, Curaçao, several days ago, while at the moment is anchored at the Bahamas in order to get medical supplies.
