A crude oil tanker has been arrested in Singapore. The reasons behind the arrest are still unknown.
More specifically, the tanker was arrested by a local law firm, and as of now it is moored at the eastern bunkering anchorage in the port.
Despite the fact that the reasons of the arrest are not known yet, it is believed that it has to do with disputes regarding payment for goods and services.
According to information, the ship is controlled by German shipping interests.
