Navarino has entered into a new agreement with Inmarsat to integrate Fleet Xpress into Navarino’s existing service portfolio. Through the agreement, Navarino will bring more than 1,200 vessels to the Fleet Xpress service over a six-year period.

Carisbrooke Shipping has selected Marlink to provide satellite communications equipment and coverage for its fleet of modern dry cargo and multi-purpose ships. Carisbrooke plans to improve vessel and fleet operations with greater access to data-centric applications made possible by higher and more available bandwidth on the Marlink Ku-band VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) service.

Fleet Xpress, installed on board the adventure cruise ship Ocean Nova, delivered robust communications in one of the most hostile environments on the planet.
