The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) signed two memorandum of understanding (MoUs) at the Accelerating Decarbonisation and Digitalisation Conference, during the Singapore Maritime Week 2024.

The insights she shared offer a fresh perspective on how leadership behaviors and people management system can be structured in brain-friendly ways, enhancing both efficiency and wellbeing in the crew and shore personnel management systems.

The UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (UK MCA) has published a section in their Leading for Safety guidance, looking into how some factors that can influence the performance of people on board can lead to more accidents as well as how to mitigate or control these factors.
