DNV GL signed a letter of intent with the Hamburg Port Authority at SMM to join forces to implement green technologies across the port authority's existing fleet as well as all new acquisitions.

DNV GL presented HHI with an AiP certificate at the SMM Trade Fair this week. The result of a development project conducted by HHI working closely together with DNV GL, the certificate confirms that the design complies with the new DNV GL rules for the classification of ships. HHI also revealed that they have successfully tested a working 1:2 scale mockup of the design at their yard in Ulsan.
