Reduced from HK$54 to HK$43 per 100 tons
Notice is hereby given that the Shipping and Port Control (Amendment) Regulation 2011 will come into operation on 12 March 2011.
The Port Facilities and Light Dues prescribed under the Thirteenth Schedule to the Shipping and Port Control Regulations, Cap. 313A will be revised. The revised charges are summarized below:
(i) Current Charge: For vessels plying exclusively within the river trade limits,HK$ 23 per 100 tons (or part thereof) on each occasion of entry to the waters of Hong Kong.
New Charge: For vessels plying exclusively within the river trade limits,
HK$ 18 per 100 tons (or part thereof) on each occasion of entry to the
waters of Hong Kong.
(ii) Current Charge: For vessels not plying exclusively within the river trade limits, HK$ 54 per 100 tons (or part thereof) on each occasion of entry to the Hong Kong waters.
New Charge: For vessels not plying exclusively within the river trade limits,HK$ 43 per 100 tons (or part thereof) on each occasion of entry to the Hong Kong waters.
