MSC 90 and MSC 91
MPA Singapore issued shipping circular No. 5 of 2013 which informs the Shipping Community of the resolutions adopted by Maritime Safety Committe 90 (16 to 25 May 2012) andMaritime Safety Committe91 (26 to 30 Nov 2012) and urges the Community to prepare for the implementation of these resolutions.
