FAL, 39th Session, 22-29 September 2014
IMO Secretary General Sekimizu has opened the Facilitation Committee (FAL), 39th session (22 to 29 September), which is being chaired by Mr. Yury Melenas (Russian Federation).
Topics on the agenda include: review of the FAL Convention; electronic access to, or electronic versions of, certificates and documents; matters related to stowaways; and training of mooring personnel.
